1. Appointments & Bookings
All spa services are available by appointment only unless otherwise stated. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50–100% of the service fee.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
3. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
4. Payments & Pricing
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Gift Certificates & Packages

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Packages must be used within the stated expiration period.

Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
6. Health & Medical Disclosure
Guests are responsible for informing the spa of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or medications prior to treatment.
Nouresh Wellness Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed health conditions.
7. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Lockers are provided for your convenience.
8. Spa Etiquette & Conduct
We strive to maintain a peaceful environment. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or harassment of staff or guests will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service without refund.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Nouresh Wellness Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
